🌟 I haven't received my order!
Please be patient, your package will arrive! Shipments may be delayed especially during holidays. International shipments (including the US) can take anywhere between 3- 6 weeks.
For peace of mind, I do offer tracking. Please message me if you are interested and would like a quote.
🌟 My order was returned to you or I put down the wrong address
If your order was returned to me, it could be due to an incorrect address or mailing formatting.
In this case, I do offer a refund or I can resend your order but you will need to cover the shipping cost (this includes items with free shipping)
If your order is lost due to an incorrect address, no refund will be made.
🌟 My order tracking says 'delivered' but I didn't receive it.
Please check with your local carrier or neighbours, they may have kept the package with them if no one was home to receive it. If you still cannot locate the package, please message me!
🌟 Temporary Tattoo Extra Tips & Tricks
⏰ Take your time - don't' rush the application!
Before handling the temporary tattoo, wash and dry your hands and skin.
✂️ Remember to cut around the design before putting it on your skin!
Remove the plastic backing slowly from your tattoo.
Do not touch the adhesive.
Designs last the longest in areas without creases/folds. eg: Arm, leg and loin
Buy a backup. At worst you have to remove an "oopsie" and try again.
Otherwise, you have a spare for a later date!
